1. Open the Business Alerts Wizard via Tools > Setup > System > Business Alerts.
2. Setup the terms for the alert in the Define Business Alert Formula
3. Define the type of information and who will be notified
4. Select the report columns
5. Set up the frequency and conditions of the alert
The alert will run at the time set by sending an email with any results.
Make sure your SQL server is configured to launch email messages.
