A get/change first operation on table ASI_MSTR_Explorer_Favorites' failed accessing SQL data

I am doing an upgrade for a client from GP 2010 to GP 2015, two box upgrade.  The first message I got when launching GP was

I was able to resolve the error with the following

I dropped the tables and auto procedure and created them again.  This fixed the problem.
