02 The correct Visual Studio version for Dynamics GP versions

The bottom line is that there is no 'correct' version, but GP only provides templates for versions of Visual Studio that are out when GP was released. 

If you're using a later version... you'll have to migrate the templates up. The next blog post in this series covers that.
