In SQL, right click on database > Tasks > Restore > Database...
Click Options on left hand of screen > check Overwrite the existing database > Click top ellipses box
C: > Program Files >Microsoft SQL Server > MSSQL10_50.MSSQLSERVER > MSSQL > Data > database.mdf > Click OK
Repeat same for the second ellipses box and select the database_log.ldf file > Click OK
At this point it is a good idea to click the Script button at the top of the screen to verify the script
Verify the highlighted areas > Execute query (F5) to run script
Or click OK on the Restore Database screen
