In SQL, right click on database > Tasks > Restore > Database...
Select Device and click the ellipses box
Select backup devices by clicking Add
Locate the Backup file and click OK
Click OK
Select the Options button on the left side of the screen - make sure the overwrite and close existing boxes are checked
Click OK - you have the option to script the restore by clicking the script button at the top of the screen
