In SQL, right click Database > Tasks > Back Up...
Click Add
Click the ellipsis box to search for your Backup destination
Locate the destination folder and give the backup file a name, using the extension .bak
Verify your Backup destination and click OK
Add your Backup destination and click OK - you also have the option to script the backup via Script button at top of screen
