Migrating an integration is pretty simple, once you get the trick.
Open Integration Manager, click on Tools > Create Database.
After creating the new database, click on File > Export Integrations. You'll be asked to pick a database, pick the one that you just created.
Close Integration Manager.
File copy the newly created mdb file to the machine where you'll import
On the new machine, click File > Import Integrations
