How to Configure Business Analyzer for Dynamics GP 2013 & 2015

This is the first screen you will see when you log into Business Analyzer for the first time

Select your role using the Change Role drop down option

 

Choose if you would like to load the default reports available to your role

 

The next 2 steps will depend on personal/business preference and how many clients your have running Business Analyzer.  The more clients you have running Business Analyzer, the less frequently you should refresh the reports in order to minimize the impact on the reporting server

  

The reports can be viewed in dashboard mode in a variety of sizes

  

Click Apply and select the Report Selection from the left navigation pane

Select which reports you would like to view, in addition to the default reports, and insert them into the right window

 

Business Analyzer will load the selected reports and you will be able to view them

Business Analyzer is a user friendly reporting tool and is a great resource for those who do not need full GP access
