When running the March Hotfix on Dynamics GP 2015, I get the message 'Unable to upgrade SBA from RTM. Please remove the SBA feature before running this patch.

Yep, just what it says. You have to run the install CD, then remove the SBA service:
Then, run the patch. Then... reinstall SBA.
One of the effects is that one of the five SBA services gets removed:
After the re-install, the service is back:
