TFS: The path xxx is already mapped in workspace xxx

Grrr.

I'm moving from one TFS server to another, and I'm having to remap quite a few projects. On each machine I run into the above error. 

I found a fix today:

The fix was to delete this folder

C:\Users\MyUserName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Team Foundation\7.0\Cache

The Team Foundation folder had two subfolders, 7.0 and 6.0. I tried deleting the Cache folder from both, only 7.0 fixed it. I'm guessing these are Visual Studio versions.
