SmartConnect to Business Central integration error: The Sales Header does not exist.

I'm trying to integrate into Business Central using SmartConnect, and a lot of the lines are returning 

Failed to create record. Unable to call service: The Sales Header does not exist. Identification fields and values: Document Type='Quote', No=''

I noticed that the single line invoices where going in, and the multi line invoices were failing, so I artificially populated the Line_no field in the 'lines' map and that fixed the issue.
