Once SmartConnect is started, double-click the desired map to open it. If it is locked, you will get this screen:
Click Yes and the SmartConnect Activity form will be displayed:
Select the desired map and click the ‘-‘ (circled in red). You will be prompted to confirm that you want to delete the record:
Select Yes, and then close the SmartConnect Activity window (‘X-box’ in upper-right corner).
